Here is my advancement from the previous couple of months, I could've done it in less time, as I had a couple full-out trick weekends, and invested some energy turning wheels. In any case, this is the place I'm at, and I want to keep posting progress pictures, possibly one each other week. This after picture was really taken around two months prior, I appear to be identical now, maybe a little leaner. Really, my avi is later.
Since I am currently taking after another schedule, I chose to tail it, and leave on my first leg day in around two months. My hip was all the while bothering me, it's certainly a hip-flexor issue. I began off the workout with some front-squats. Utilizing Kelei's procedure, I slapped on 135lbs, and went to work. Shockingly, I didn't see any hip torment by any means, odd! I tossed in some leg augmentations,
